St. Ailbe adheres to the same procedures that are
used by editors of magazines and newspapers which insures that we don't violate anyone's
privacy.
We respect the privacy of others and Group shots,
silhouettes, individual
long-distance views, and other photos that don't
feature anyone in particular require no special permission for publishing on the Web. Photos
may also be used when the individual(s) has agreed to model or pose for a
Church event and/ or church picture may be used and require no special permission
for publishing on the Web. The photographers usually don't know the names of people
in pictures when pictures are taken at
random or collectively. If anyone is not pleased with
the pictures we show for any reason, please feel free to contact St
Ailbe rectory for their removal. All pictures are taken
in public and/or on Church grounds and/or at
church sponsored events (Public domain), may be used and require no
special permission for publishing on the Web, if anyone
is captured in these at random pictures that doesn't
wish
to be seen on our website, please notify us. We will do everything we
possible can to protect the privacy of others on our
website. We have no control of any activity with
pictures beyond this site.
Photographs are covered by copyright law the moment they
are developed and/or taken and become the property of
the photographer.. We do not use someone else's
photos unless we have their permission, and we always credit the photographer as a courtesy.
We will not use anonymous donated pictures that are taken
away from Church events and/or concerns.
When adults are featured with photos for particular
articles, the article must be also be written by the
individual in the article and/or dedicated by the Church
staff and or taken from acceptable Church literature.
