Mission statement:
The St. Ailbe Good News Outreach
Ministry for many years was committed to extending the love and
faith of Jesus Christ to all whom they may reach within and outside
the parish
Churched and Un-Churched. The aim was to proclaim the
"Good News" of Jesus Christ, to cement and solidify within and
to welcome and bring in others. Evangelization  and
social concerns are the focus of this Ministry.

The Good News Outreach team will invite all to increase their
understanding of the Catholic faith, grow in their love for all of
God's people, and to serve in the parish's door-to-door
evangelization program. Good News Outreach members will
reach out to anyone registered in the parish and the community

The focus and main events of this Ministry will be the St. Ailbe
Prayer Vigil and Prayer Luncheon.  In addition to the Prayer Vigil
and Luncheon, the Good News outreach hosted  the following events:

  • Saturday's at St. Felicitas Food Pantry

  • Buddy System at Dawson Nursing Home

  • Cards and Reception for the College Students

  • Holy Rosary Christmas Dinner

  • Holy Rosary Ministry Donations

  • Good News Picnic

  • Good News Christmas Party
    .

Expectations: Outgoing personality and love for the unique
qualities found in all of God's people. New members are always
welcomed.

Meeting Time: Regular meetings are held in the Rectory
on the last Saturday of each month 10:00 A.M.
Call meetings are held whenever necessary.
