Parish Leadership Leaders: Ila Brown & Bernita Johnson

*Each month Ministry Leaders have the option to share (statement
should be prepared, a time limit policy that is to be adhered to) and
attend leadership gatherings and give an update on their ministry's
endeavors and present feedback, questions, and concerns from their
membership.

Ministry leader's are asked to keep their membership fully informed on
the issues discussed at our meetings, and we suggest that you meet with
your membership regularly. The objective of these meetings is to allow
the membership a forum to evaluate and discern ministry's past and
future performance, highlight the present liturgical season, inform
membership of special ministry events, foster an environment for
fellowship and prayer, while providing an opportunity for interested
parishioners
to meet.

The Parish leadership ask that each Ministry Leader  take time to
evangelize and catechize membership of each ministry. Ministry
leaders are asked  to promote and encourage membership to take full
advantage of the faith building formation resources at our parish--Adult
Faith Formation class, Bible Study, and our Children's Sunday School.

Expectations: Ministry leaders expected to attend. If you are unable to
attend a scheduled meeting, please inform the rectory of your absence
and we ask that a representative of the ministry be in attendance.

Meeting Time: The first Wednesday of each Month.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
Rectory  (773-374-2345)
for assistance in contacting
Ministry Leader (s).
