We At St. Ailbe Believe In Miracles

    The

St. Ailbe
Praise Dancers

The First Performance of the
St Ailbe Praise Dancers was held at the 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 A. M. Mass Sunday, July 20, 2003.  Only a "Miracle" could have set these young ladies in such splendid  motion. They gracefully moved  in synchronized rhythm  as they gave their spirited praise to the Lord.

          Psalm 149: 3

"Let them praise his name in festive dance, make music with tambourine and lyre."

All of these pictures were taken by Linda Toupal.
They have not been edited.  Some of the images may appear to be blurred due to the swift movements of the dancers.

On July 20, 2003 God Blessed us with the professional performance of  The "St. Ailbe Praise Dancers."   In a very short period of time this talented group of  young ladies rehearsed and worked hard to  present their Celebration of  Praise for the Lord. Their choreographed steps and movements were well performed as the dancers captivated souls and touched the minds and hearts of the audience.   We have witnessed another "Miracle" at St. Ailbe!!!

                        Psalm 150:  4

"
Give praise with tambourines and dance, praise him with  flutes and strings."

The Dove
As a Christian symbol it was frequently used in ancient ecclesiastical art. As a symbol of the Holy Spirit it appears especially in representations of Our Lord symbolizing inspiration or rather Divine guidance. (Matthew 3: 16)

Matthew 3: 16 “After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water and behold, the heavens were opened (for him), and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove (and) coming upon him”.
