We
are a "People of
Faith" and we now move forward,
mindful if from whom our blessings flow, mindful of our need to
continue to grow spiritually. Always giving thanks and
praise to him for our blessings and the gifts that we
are to each other. It is through our diversity of
gifts that together we are the "Body of

Calls:
|
Please
notify Rectory so that arrangements
can be made for parishioner's and/or
family member's hospital visits or
nursing home visits in the city of
Chicago these services may also be provided by
the Hospital Chaplain
Due
to recent legislation regarding
patients' rights and healthcare
privacy, hospitals are no longer
permitted to give out the names and
religious preferences of their
patients without the explicit
request of the patient or their
family. Because of this, a priest or
Minister of Communion who has come
to pray, visit or give communion may
be unaware of other parishioners who
have been admitted and would like a
visit but have not notified the
parish. We ask that parishioners
help us remain informed about fellow
parishioners who are hospitalized,
or who are in a nursing home or
homebound.
